We know we are not the only ones looking forward to 2021, with the hope that the vaccine and warmer weather will eventually bring an end to all the restrictions we have faced this year. For us our season did not start until the first lockdown ended in July but we are pleased to say it was a very busy one, with both new and returning customers enjoying time on the canal. It seemed everyone was desperate to get away on holiday and a narrowboat seemed an ideal way to isolate with all facilities on board.  Visitors also had the option of eating out in the pubs and restaurants along the canal and we know many took advantage of this too.

Our new Covid procedures worked well and feedback from customers has been great; everyone felt safe and secure knowing that extra precautions had been taken to keep them and our staff protected. Next year we look forward to welcoming our guests who moved their holidays from early this year, and we thank them for their support of our business through what has been a difficult few months.
